The Femoral Neck Lengthening Wedge
is used
to increase the biomechanical forces which drive the femoral head into the
acetabulum in dogs who have femoral hip dysplasia. These cases have adequate
dorsal acetabular rim, but the hip subluxates. The Femoral Neck Lengthening wedges come in
right and left sides, with multiple lengths from 4mm to 12mm, which can be
easily cut at the surgery table for ease in placement. Steam or gas
