TPLO Biradial Saw Blade, AO-Swiss Compatible

    The Slocum^® biradial saw blade is now offered in an AO-Swiss compatible form.  As with our original blade, the removal of bone with the biradial blade allows both sides of the osteotomy to match perfectly, creating the maximum surface area for contact and compression, thus optimizing healing potential with maximum stability.  Because of the congruency of the matched radii at the osteotomy, the tibial tubercle is supported.  This helps prevent fracture of the tibial tubercle by patellar tendon forces.  Currently available in 24mm size.  Blade Sharpener sold separately.  U.S. Patent No. 4,955,888
